Long over due review. We come here for the authentic dine in Pizza Hut experience. The pizza is always top notch and the service is unbeatable. I recommend Sunday lunch hr! The kids and I really enjoy it every time and you would too. Order on the app or website and they have a large one topping special that’s affordable the way pizza used to be before inflation hit.

Soooo I ordered 2 large pizzas and 18 wings, I got a bunch of attitude while I had to wait 25 minutes after they said my order was ready. The pizza was done but the lady was working on the wings…. Fine that’s understandable, but we were told “oh just two more minutes” those two minutes took 25 all whilst the employees were standing around taking, my wings were over done and extra crispy, the pizza was cold when we got home after 8 minute drive, the didn’t have have the warming lights on to the pizza warm. I will be sticking to dominoes and papa John’s, I really didn’t expect this service and I hate to rate a business 1 star, but the service and quality was unacceptable.

The website is VERY MISLEADING when placing an online order. It says delivery would be within 25-35min, and even once you place it, it confirms again those numbers. However, about 10min later you receive a text saying the order will be delivered through a third party which is doordash and now it’s going to be an hour! Ridiculous! Had I wanted doordash to deliver my pizza I could have went straight through their app, which I didn’t! Then the deliverer drops the pizza off on the front porch, again someone lacking common sense with no customer service skills, and doesn’t knock or ring the doorbell! On top of this foolishness the pizza is not pipping hot or even close, I had a topping on my pizza that I didn’t ask for and not enough of the toppings I did. I should have took the other reviews serious and past as I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in over 12 years and I remember why now! I left a tip prematurely through Pizza Hut’s website for this lazy delivery person which I wish I could dispute. I didn’t bother calling to complain as I don’t want a credit as I’m never coming back, and suggest whoever read this and the other reviews to do the same. This company should do some training and update the way they do business. The lack of customer service and work ethic has gone COMPLETELY DOWNHILL!

This location is trash , my pizza was cold .. 30 minutes lates. No tracking info. A text saying they sent it through door dash. Pizza Hut has loss my business. Not to mention you can’t reach anybody. TERRIBLE SERVICE

We quit using Pizza Hut several years ago, but have become regular customers again. Since Stephanie has been an employee, the food is consistently very good again, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service that she provides. She always greets customers with a smile and kind words. Because of this, we choose to drive there for takeout instead of using businesses closer to our home who deliver to us. Great pizza, and Stephanie make it well worth the trip.

Did dine in with granddaughter. Had half the pizza left in box. Paid and thought they were putting box in to go bag or something. She thru it in trash and just said I’m sorry. Wow.
