I have nothing against the food here… My problem was with lack of help for the poor gentleman working. I pulled into the pick up line to get my pizza and was stared at by the manager numerous times for over 2 minutes… Do you think he greeted me or helped his employee out… NO, he just stood there and hovered over the poor guy like he wasn’t doing his job right. At the same time, another employee was sitting on their phone… They saw me as well and choose not to help out. As he was helping me I asked if he was the only one working, to which he responded yes. I tipped him and rolled my eyes seeing the 2 other men there literally doing nothing while he is working his butt off.

I went to use a coupon that my daughter earned at her school, the manager treated me very badly, I know they have rules and I understand it because my daughter was not present, in this country it is presumed the good one was and she saw me as a liar, I looked for my daughter along with her ID and in the end I bought my own pizza without using the coupon, they must learn to treat the public

The slowest and most unprofessional Pizza Hut there is. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from them. You place an order they tell you it will take 25 to 35 minutes but you understand stuff happens so you wait 50 minutes still no food. So you call to see if everything is ok they tell you it will be there in 10 minutes because you live 5 minutes away so you wait another 30 minutes before you just call back and cancel the whole order so of course they lie and say the order is already out for delivery and it doesn’t come for another 34 minutes. 2 plus hour wait smh just throw the whole restaurant away.

Do not order from here. They never have stuff when ordering and always seem to mess up. I ordered a pizza yesterday and it was gross. Brunt, dry and when I called the location to speak with a manger to get my food reordered. He was to busy to come to the phone at 9pm. When I asked for his name the associate refused to give me her name or the managers. I love Pizza Hut but if you can do a carry out or delivery from another location plz do because last night my guest went hungry during a rockets game. ♀️

I had a “interview” for about 25 seconds (with the manager) and she told me I could be a good fit for delivery driver. I called back wondering when I will start a couple days later and she tells me that the delivery driver position is no longer available. She told me that a position in the back making pizzas was available. I called a couple days later just for her to tell me again that, that position was also not available anymore

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a very long time but was given a gift card so thought I’d have some delivered. I was quickly reminded why I stopped getting it. It may be just this location but it is so overcooked. To the point of not being edible. Couldn’t save leftovers. Barely any toppings, less than cheaper competitors. Breadsticks tasted like burnt toast. Ordered hand tossed and thin 2 topping pizza.
