This location is terrible. The staff is unprofessional, slow, and make horrible pizzas. I paid for a pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni and cheese. I did not have extra pepperoni or extra cheese on my pizza. Honestly I don’t think I received a pepperoni lovers. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm on 12/17/22. I had to wait until 8:30 to receive my pizza and other customers had been waiting for a long period of time as well. I will never return to this location until they fix all of the issues. My pizza’s presentation was terrible and I ended up having to go buy something different to eat because the pizza was so bad.

This was the worst delivery experience ever! It took over an hour and a half to get my order when I was told it would be 30 minutes. The food was ice cold and the wings were rock solid burnt and the sauce was cold and separating. The driver had way too many orders to deliver in one trip that she could not figure out who got what order. Worst waste of $40.00!!

The Pizza and breadsticks were burnt. The Detroit style was full of sauce, they did not put any cheese or Meat.The brownie was burnt and hard. We ate what was edible and thru the rest in the trash. I tried calling for a remake or refund spent 1hr on hold. Was told they need to get a General Manager involved? If this is not resolved I will never order from them again. This is bad customer service period, they mess up my order then make me beg for a remedy? Wow!!!

Website says everything is sold out. So I call to order delivery and they tell me the store is “not accepting deliveries” What kind of pizza place doesn’t deliver?? I will order from somewhere else from now on. Spent 30 minutes on the phone and website getting the run around. It was very irritating.

Order was on point and completed on time. We did contactless / Curbisde pickup and hit the “I’m here” notification upon arrival and out walks one of the employees 1-2 minutes later. Food tasted great and no issues with any of the employees. Thanks!

Ordered at 6:15 said would arrive at 6:50 by the latest. Called at 7:15 all I got was ringing for 10 minutes. Called again but talked to the call center said would arrive at 7:45. Although angry that it was delayed an hour I waited. Called at 7:50 again finally got to the store. They apologized and said I’ll send a driver out asap should be 10-15 minutes. 8:30 and I just got a notification that the order will be delivered at 8:45. 2 almost 3 hours for 1 large pizza and a dessert. Called again at 8:35 and they hung up on me. They saw the number and didn’t want to deal with it. So it was finally delivered at 8:45. And guess what the order was wrong and cold. They also promised me free drinks because of the lateness those weren’t even here. Called again put on hold for a long period of time. They NEVER picked the phone back up. Horrible Horrible Horrible. 1st and last time I order from this abomination of a location. Pizza Hut needs to shut this one down due to negligence.

Quick pickup and reasonable price. The app is a little convoluted when it comes to choosing a nearby location, giving one five miles away when in fact, there is one about 2 miles away. Same pizza hut quality, regardless.

Have to admit, gotta love the hot gooey cheesy pepperoni lovers pizza on hand tossed dough with extra Hut sauce on the crust. The meat lovers pizza….what can I say, add onion, hand tossed and extra sauce on crust makes the woman very happy. Oh! I almost forgot to mention the side item of all side items….the garlic parmesan wings….oh…my…goodness. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out. I recommend those wings and your favorite pizza(s) made specific to your desire. I absolutely LOVE John the manager He is amazing!!!! As a matter of fact, I need to go back this week order my favs and of course get my hug from the BEST manager!!!!

Quality of 2 out of 3 items I ordered were burnt. Burnt cheese and burnt cookie. The cookie wasn’t sliced and was as hard as a hockey puck, plus an hour and a half wait for poor quality food. Not pleased.
