0 stars if I could!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered two large pepperoni pizzias with extra sauce and one order of breadsticks. I ordered for delivery at 6:16 from this location. I recieved my cold card board at 7:30pm. I only received the two pizzas and NO breadsticks! I did the BOOKITBUNDLE so it automatically comes with breadsticks no matter the type of pizzia.

Went about a week ago and ordered online. Sceptical because of reviews but grandson insisted. Pizza was amazing! Fresh, perfect crust, perfect toppings, cheese, sauce. The bbq chicken is delicious. There was only one guy doing everything and the place was like a sweat shop but he was friendly and very polite. Great service and great food.

Got to meet the new manager who is really bringing this location back. He made sure my order was correct, and that I had all the sauces I was supposed to. My pizza was hot and fresh, but the best thing was this was the first time in a long time I have gotten a stuffed crust pizza where the cheese didn’t leak out of the crust. They are really stepping up the quality and care for their customers orders. This is my new favorite location for sure! If you had a bad experience in the past please give it another try with this new manager, and you won’t be disappointed.

I made a online order for me and my babies to eat some pizza when they got out of school… I ordered 3 mediums because I wanted enough to last a couple days and all 3 or them was fresh and yummy and made exactly how I ordered! I picked my order up about 20 minutes late and the pizzas was not stale at all they was still hot and melty!!! Only 4 stars because the location/area of the shop is kinda ratchet outside…

This was a horrible experience. The pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. The delivery was late and the pizza was cold. There very little cheese and meat on the pizza. I will never order anything else from this Pizza Hut.The manager claimed they recorded my address incorrectly, but no apology. Don’t waste your time patronizing this facility!

This location is always over an hour wait for delivery so order ahead of time. The food is mediocre at best when it finally gets to you. Use the westiemer parkway location if you can, they actually have enough staff to get you your food hot and ready like it should be!

Their New York Style pizza was the worst pizza that I have ever encountered in the 40 years that I have been a customer of Pizza Hut. The crust was tough and rubbery making the pizza uneatable. I am a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but this was a enormous disappointment.
