Never again! Surely there is someone that we can complain to and get this store shut down. A word of advice for any potential customers to this store. If you have a tendency to not believe the negative reviews on a restaurant and think you may have a better experience, think again. Look at the astonishing amount of 1 star reviews for this location and take it as a true representation of what to expect when buying here. Then there are these canned responses from the owner that says something to the effect of “we don’t take these things lightly”, surely you jest! I essentially gave away $14. There are other pizza hut stores in the area that are better than this one. I regret not taking pictures of the monstrosity that was supposed to be my dinner so that I could submit it to the corporate office survey that was emailed to me. I could go on for another hour on how disappointed I was with my experience here and will never EVER shop here again. You have been warned.

An employee at this location lied to pizza hut corporate behind a mistake HE made regarding my order. This employee at this location also left a completely unprofessional blatantly disrespectful voicemail on that said day. He then deleted my account with pizza hut and fabricated a lie against me (with corporate) to do so. As a corporation, you lost years worth of loyal business behind one location and one employee’s false claims. My business and loyalty now goes to Domino’s. Thank you for showing me what you stand for as a franchise and a corporation without even having the decency to verify any of the claims this store made against me.

A hole in the wall place in a small strip center. Service is horrible! They leave stand in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes while you stand there looking a your pizza in the warming oven 4 ft away. Stupid! Had to whistle and loudly yell announcing I was there before anyone came to the front. Then the guy opened opened the warming oven door, pulled the box out that my pizza was in, turned around and handed it to me & said “Have a good day”! He then abruptly turned around & disappeared into the back room again! VERY POOR Customer Service!

We ordered pizza for a birthday party. We had called the day before. They ensured us it would be delivered for the party and we would pay when they deliver. On the day of the party we stopped by before to pay so there would be no issues. The order was not placed!!! So we had to place the order again! We informed them the pizza had to be delivered by a certain time because of the specified time for eating. They arrived at the end of the party. Even after numerous calls and they continuously said the driver was 5 minutes away. The place of delivery was 5 minutes away. When we called to complain as the pizza arrived at the end of the party and many guests was not able to have food and we had numerous boxes left. We wanted a refund. At the end we just have boxes away to people who had been there. They refused and said to bring back the boxes!! We brought back what was left. They refunded what we returned. Still beyond disappointed and upset. Never again from this location. The birthday venue suggested papa John’s and Marcos. Now I see why. Avoid this place.

Never order for delivery! Waited 2 hours for cold pizza and the order was wrong! Utterly disgusting experience. No communication from this store they don’t pickup the phone…had to talk to a call center. Just delete your app. Go to Amazon and order a Ooni Pizza Oven (mine is coming Monday) and learn how to cook pizzas. Your fired Pizza Hut! Goodbye forever. I’m going to make my own pizza and post pictures to your socials on the proper way to make and deliver high quality pizza.

Ordered a large chicken, mushroom, and pineapple pizza with a hut special crust… I get home & my pizza has pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple. I almost took a bite of it because it’s dark and I’m GRATEFUL I didn’t bc eating pork is against my religion. Also has way too much parsley or whatever seasoning on the crust. I tried to call but now they’re closed. 0/10 recommend.

I see why this places only avg. 3 stars. The most busy day of the year and it was a total cluster f. K. One person at the registered who looks as if she dodn t know what she was doing.
