Had a delivery order, they forgot an item, when I tried calling the restaurant they had me on hold for nearly 20 mins i know youre not that busy, yall just dont want to deal with anything, you contact customer service they point you to the manager, manager doesn’t bother to respond to anything, if you don’t want to work stay home specially if youre a manager its sad you don’t deserve that title, I’m always having problems here, finally giving up with this restaurant for good .

I will never order from here again!!! I ordered a large stuff crusted pizza for my kids and it was never delivered!! They were so quick to take the 30 dollars out of my account!! My kids fell asleep crying for their pizza! This will be the last time I ever call them!! I will just stick with my Dominoes!!

Once again thanks for reminding me why I generally order Domino’s. 2 out of the 3 drinks that I ordered were not even cold.(they were hot) I ordered on your app imagine my surprise when I get a message that doordash will be delivering my pizza. well if I had known that I could have gone thru doordash to order and used a coupon. pizza hut says I should receive my pizza at 2:45 finally recieve it for a man that demands my name and then hands over the fence cause he can’t walk the 5 extra steps to my gate. it was actually deliever at 3:02 a full 15 plus minutes from when I should have gotten. My personal pan pizzas are not in the individual boxes as expected they are in a large pizza box along with my breadsticks. All of which are usually boxed individually. nothing really staying warm like it normally would. The only thing pizza hut has improved on is it no longer takes 2 hours to get your pizza. not happy at all.

Work on providing customers with more accurate delivery estimates, and insure that their order is received hot and fresh. Which should be the ultimate goal of a highly rated business such as yourselves. This advice is based off my most recent experience with pizza hut. I have submitted a ticket, and am awaiting a response. I enjoy pizza hut as it is was a distinct nostalgic part of my childhood. Unfortunately too often when I choose to give the hut another opportunity, hoping to get that great quality I remember as a child they fall short. My most recent order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time, but was ready an hour prior to me receiving it. Thus leading to a poor quality product, and another repeat dissatisfied customer. I understand it is difficult to insure that all locations are striving for A+ conditions. But for a large majority of your customer base, something drastic needs to take place. Do better.
