Pizza came 40 minutes late and was cold. Said I would hear back in 3 days with no help. I called and pressed current order and no one answered did that 3 times. Then pressed new order and they answered promptly. Half of the people I ordered for didn’t get to eat so money and food wasted. Will not order from Pizza Hut again.

If I could give this store zero stars I would ! I ordered a pizza and they put the wrong toppings (toppings my husband won’t eat) so we called back and talked with the manager who said come back and we will remake it. My husband goes to pick it up and is charged for the “free pizza” . I call back and the manager says I’m sorry that was my fault. He will give us a 30$ credit… because we had a bad experience we wanted 2 weeks to order with them again. Tonight I called to order and was told because we waited 2 weeks now the credit is 20$. Soooo we paid 40+ for your mistakes and you are going to treat us with disrespect again. We ate here ALOT but if this is how you do business we won’t be eating here again. A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !!!

We decided to try a new pizza place so Pizza Hut it was. Ordering was simple and the delivery was okay. The delivery guy went to the wrong house at first but he did call and apologized so all was well. The pizza itself was not good. The wings was okay.

Worst experience I ever had at a Pizza Hut the workers was slow and inattentive I ask and paid for Cheese sticks came back 15 minutes later they gave me bread sticks. And the cashier try to act I was lying and he telling me that’s what I order. And when I ask for a manager he basically ignored me. And I had to wait another 15 minutes for my sticks. And then they put my Cheese Sticks in a Cinnabon Box… Pizza Hut needs to do better.

Very dissappointing Pizza delivery. I understand that it may have been busy, but this was an order on a Wednesday night when it’s typically not as busy. It took 1.5 hours to get the pizza, it was all cold and 1 pizza was a wrong order. We hadn’t had pizza hut in some time and will probably never order from this one again. Very dissappointing.

To bad I had to put a star,this location is the worst experience I’ve ever had, 1st I ordered my pizza online, said 70 mins till delivery 2hrs later I get on the app and shows my driver going in the opposite direction basically back to the store,showed door dash driver,but besides that the pizza was old and hard like it wasn’t kept warm,the bread sticks were old,well i posted what my order looked like, tried calling the store numerous times and no answer,I don’t recommend anyone to this store for any reason I should’ve known better as to the previous order couple months ago when I did carry out and walked in the door and noticed a bunch of kids with loud rap music blasting to where the cashier couldn’t hear me speak to where I had to yell my name just to get my order

Ordered the “Original Pan” crust, it turned out to be thin and doughy like the old hand tossed crust. It was too chewy, almost raw even. It looked so thin I went in to ask about it, and when I asked them if this thin crust was the “Original Pan,” they said it was (took like not even a second for them to “look” at it). I even paid the dollar extra for that crust, so I don’t know if they just changed the name around or something, but that pan crust is NOT the original pan for sure. Just wanted to put it out there for others, I’d leave it as the default hand tossed crust……

Tried the Big New Yorker pizza on my visit. Was very impressed with the pizza. It’s not quite exactly New York style pizza, but for a pizza chain, it was quite good. Exceeded my expectations. Much better than Papa John’s New York style crust. If I had one criticism about the pizza, it’s that it needs to larger. 16 inches is too small for New York pizza.

Ordered the New Yorker, melt thing and bread sticks for delivery. So first I made the order online, and I’m staying in a hotel, so I needed some paper products, there was no option to add them online, so I figured I’d call. Let it ring for about 2 minutes and no one answered ever. Then I got a text from a door dash driver saying she was waiting for my food to be ready. This Pizza Hut is about 2 minutes away from my hotel, so I figured I would be fresh and hot, it was not, warm and looked like it was sitting for awhile before it was delivered by this third party( which I was never informed that DoorDash was the pizza hit delivery service. They left it sitting in front of my door without even knocking ( I also did not check the box for contactless order online. Pizza tasted like it sat on top of the oven for some time was not hot warm at best, it wasn’t even cut right to the point where I actually had to rip apart the pizza by hand because of no utensils. Cheese was in the middle of the pizza like an inch away from the crust. Could tell the pizza maker was either new or definitely doesn’t care about there product he/she puts out. Melt thing was ok, the breadsticks were cold and tasted like they were literally just bread that sat around all day . Pizza Hut is definitely not in my pizza chain rotation anymore . Horrible decision on choosing this Pizza Hut for my dinner last night. Leftovers were just as bad and not even edible. Shame on the franchise that was at one time half decent
