I had try getting pizza online some good deals they had but for some reason the order wasn’t going in (unable to placer order) which it was weird because i just got paid so i knew i had money in so because I was having does issues I decide to call in to order over the phone. Im not going to lie I love Pizza Hut Pizzas but this location has really bad customer service. First i had called a wrong location pizza hut on westheimer parkway they were nice enough to tell me that im calling at the wrong location and gave me info on what pizza hut i should call. I ask him if i can order the deals online over the phone he say yes he can and all pizza hut does too.but that i should call my pizza hut location which is the one that im posting about. So i called and the first thing this girl had a attitude because of the way she was talking on the phone i ask her if i can order

Pizza was great, but the service from the store manager and other employees was not the best. I walked in tos pick up my order and the store manager and 2 other employees were chatting. They clearly saw me walk in and no one bother to greet me, no big deal, but the fact that I stood in front of the register for about 20 seconds and the fact they were looking at me and completely ignored is not cool. Not the best experience with the employees who will completely pretend you’re not even there.

Genuinely disappointed . I placed an order through the online app and the shop didn’t notified me that it would be placed through doordash. An hour later, I get a notification that my order had been delivered but when I check outside it is nowhere to be found. I called the shop and informed the lady to which I was placed on hold for 20 minutes total. I ended the call and called back and she told me “I’m by myself right now.” She then proceeded to tell me to call the other pizza shop by Katy Mills claiming that they had my order even though she clearly stated my whole order word for word before she placed me on hold. This is just beyond unprofessional and I understand the stress of being understaffed but please do better. Most likely will not be returning for awhile.

Really disappointed…again. They can’t seem to read the orders that are placed. This is the second time the pasta order is wrong. It just feels futile to go and correct it; waiting 25 mins to get the right order after waiting 45. And take a look at the pics of our pizza to boot…sad is all I can say.

The workers rarely acknowledge or speak to you upon entering, the pizza I ordered was hot and fresh but it was just thrown together and sloppy with to much sauce. The wings and pasta where yummy. I wish they would pay attention to how they are creating the pizza before throwing them in the oven.

I ordered pizza for delivery from the 2721 FM 1463 Suite 110, Katy, TX 77494 location. I paid with a credit card online…when the pizza delivery guy made it to my place, I was in the shower so my minor kids opened the door to receive the pizza. This delivery guy first refused to give the pizza that’s already been paid for to my kids without them giving him a tip. When they informed him that I was not available to give him a tip, he refused to give them the pizza…he then proceeded to force them to sign him a tip on the receipt he produced.

I ordered my ONE medium pizza at 6:51pm and got a text saying it was headed my way at 7:03pm. I did not receive my pizza till 7:43pm AFTER I called the store telling the person that it’s been 40 mins since I got the text saying it was on the way. The store and where it was being delivered is only a TWO MINUTE drive. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered delivery and it came promptly. It was delicious. The only downside is my lunch special didn’t include Dr. Pepper as a drink option only Pepsi products I guess? The pizza was very good and Cinnabon minis are so yummy!
