We ordered pizza at 8:00 p.m. they said it would be delivered by 8:55. Then they said it was delivered a little bit after 9:00. It was never delivered at my friend’s house. We spent 30 minutes trying to call the pizza hut. Nobody would answer the phone. Either the phone will just hang up or they were hanging up on us. So we had to drive up there. The man said oh the ladies there right now delivering it. Called her son her son said no it’s not there so they had to make us a whole brand new pizza. We’ll never go there again. I like Domino’s better

The pizza just looked sad and lack there of. Requested extra cheese and looked like they put less cheese. The half and half pizza tasted like cardboard. The size pizza we got was the big new yorker. Looked more like a large and didnt have the 6 slices that is advertised was cut into 8 slice. Most likely not returning.

An hour and a half after ordering through the app I called the store to check the status of my order. An employee said it just left the store. Another hour after that we still did not get our order. My husband had to go to the store to get a refund because we clearly were not getting pizza that night.

Terrible service and we will never order from this location again. Twice I’ve placed an order over 65 bucks and it was never delivered. They don’t answer the phone and you have to jump through hoops to try and get money back for something that was never even received. When I did get someone on the phone they just gave us the run around. Glad they got their tip out of the deal. So sad that this company has just gone down hill. Order from God fathers! Pizza is same price, better quality, arrives hot and on time.

We ordered 8 large pizza without advance notice. Every single pizza was so perfect. We wanted a crew of our rebuild to know how great full we were. They were so thankful that someone recognized their work. I can’t thank Pizza Hut for helping us extend our gratitude! EVERY SINGLE PIZZA PERFECT!

I’ve had the worst experience with Pizza Hut at Katy Mills. I placed an online order at 10:32pm. I received a “your order is out for delivery” text at 10:39pm. I called customer service at 11:37pm & was told my order was out for delivery, for me to wait another 15-20 minutes but I’m guaranteed my order as it was placed within their required time frame. It is now 12:25am and I have yet to receive my already paid for order.

I ordered a double order of breadsticks and this is what I got in return, i tried to take a bite out of one but it tasted absolutely rancid the second it touched my tongue, like expired butter. (update) I had them remake my pizza’s because I got them cold as well and the beef pizza was untouched, and they just made two of my pizza’s and put the beef pizza back through the oven and tried to lie to me saying “oh I made it myself”. I’m not dumb.
