I went here yesterday and never again. One got my order wrong and second the guy at the drive thru HORRIBLE customer service! Don’t keep workers that can’t be working at the drive thru why would you have someone who’s allergic to smoke? I wasn’t even smoking or anything but he said it came out to his test positive just by smelling it and have in mind there wasn’t NO smoke. It was extremely rude. Having your workers lie about a allergy just because he felt the need to bash me down and ruin my night. It was such a inconvenience. It did not made me feel safe at all. I don’t recommend this place! This was the night shift around 10-11 wish I caught his name. But please at least put a sign that says NO SMOKE NO ODOR !

Did not receive the wings the first delivery called in and they claimed they had no drivers and that the dash driver must have stole it I received a second order they packed it so tight the wings were wet and nasty

This place used to be good. I just had a delivery boy forget part of my order and I put LEAVE AT DOOR. He gave me an empty box of nothing and half of my order. Then he brought the other part but it looked and tasted like it had been sitting around. My cheese bread was not fresh! Worst experience ever! I am NEVER ordering here again!!

They messed up my whole dinner. Pepperoni was parted worse than Moses parted the sea. They forgot the red pepper flakes but still charged me. This is literally going in the garbage and it costed almost $40

Not all deals were in store, some online, visa versa. Staff was nice but they fudged my order online so I had to wait. Normally a perfect Pizza Hut so do still come by but order online 1st.

I was totally disappointed. I called in a pickup..the wait said it would be 20 mins. I waited 17 mins before leaving the home I was at it was only around the corner. I went to the drive thru window & paid for my pasta & breadsticks & the guy told it it would be just a minute longer….. I sat there about 7 more minutes & looked thru the window & saw 2 of the employees sitting taking a break ( one of them was vaping away.. I smoke too but come on..) I then rang the bell again to get their attention……& waited another 5 mins then the guy gives me my food. I get back to the house I’m working on for an estate sale that is 2 mins away & my pasta is barely warm to the touch & the breadsticks are hard & cold. I went there because I wanted a hot meal, I guess I should have went somewhere else because it was a total waste of my hard earned money. I’m sorry that they had to be at work at 10:30pm on a Saturday night but I too was working on a Saturday night. I know I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Be Real Be Fair
This location is a Franchise good luck getting in touch with their upper leadership since they aren’t required to provide any information and disregard any customers concerns. I have been waiting on a refund since May 14 and was advice it would take 3 to 4 days which now I am being told it was never process. I was then informed my order was contactless but when I called to make a complain to headquarters I was advice it wasn’t. Mind you I have order before and all my orders have been personally handed to me. The order was left on my shoe rack outside and then neighbors cats where all on top of it. The driver claims that a call was made I inform them I can show them call log where no call was received and I immediately called them when I got to the door. The driver wasn’t even there a minute before leaving the food and mind you I called on Saturday and was advised their leadership will call me on Monday. I had to call twice myself because no one from their leadership called me and now the area manager states will follow up in 24 hrs after today. I informed them I have no reason to lie and would provide video of her worker leaving and I wanted to know where on my order does it show request for contactless if I didn’t request below. Since I paid with my Apple Pay they are stating they are unable to provide a refund.
