we received the pizza almost an hour after the order was placed and it was cold and hard. it seemed like it had been sitting out for several days and super thin when we ordered hand tossed, i’ve never had an issue with pizza hut until i came to this location, the breadsticks look so nasty i couldn’t even eat them, when we called to try and resolve the issue the manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. there’s a reason half of these reviews are 1 star.

Pizza Hut customer service is trash. I ordered my food, waited about an hour for delivery, got the wrong order that was nothing like my order, tried to contact the store, had busy tone every time, then when I reached customer service all they said was “sorry, we will get this out as soon as possible” even though I explained that I have a small window for lunch which was missed.. and 1 hour later, still no delivery. You’re better off ordering local or fasting…

Update… The food never came we ordered from somewhere else. we could give a zero we would.. The customer service is terrible we ordered food and 90 mins later no food. So I call to get a eta since the original time had passed by 45 mins the person that answered the phone was rude and said the food is still in preporation 90 mins later, at first she said um you already places an order? My guess they were not paying attention and had not started the order. I will absolutely never order from here again. Lesson learnedearned.

Absolutely no attention to detail. Ordered a medium pepperoni with jalapeño. In the comments said extra extra well done / crispy. The pizza was barley done at all and it had no jalapeños. Also orders a veggie pizza that was a very sad pizza. I will never be getting pizza here again and I suggest y’all don’t either.

This is my third time ordering and second time having my food delivered. ETA was 55-65min and I placed my order at 7:27pm. This is the second time my order took almost two hours to get here. Delivery guy arrived at 9:14pm. I gave it two starts only because the delivery guys both times were very apologetic and kind. However this time my pizza was lukewarm at best and the bread was tough. IF I ever order from here again it will be for pick up only!! Very disappointed.

The Pizza Hut in Dickinson is probably one of the better Pizza Huts I’ve ever been to.I think. I prefer Pizza Hut over Domino’s or any other pizza place around. The quality is consistent and it’s good.

Horrible service on delivery I ordered online spent over 60 bucks it’s advertised that it’ll make it to you in 25 to 35 minutes but it took over an hour to get my order delivered to me. I would have put no stars but I had to put one at least in order to share this
