Delivery guy handed me three boxes of pizza that I ordered. Glad I checked each box after putting it down on the counter. The box in the middle was an empty box. I immediately flagged him before he could leave and eventually gave me the correct box with my pizza. My question is, if this isn’t a scam, why have an unused empty pizza box in your car?? Beware!!! Always check your order before letting the delivery person leave.

Where do I start, first off I ordered online for 7:00 pick-up when the pizza got here after 8:00 they forgot a pizza. I called the manager she was very nice she gave me a large instead of a medium and also desert she was very nice very good customer service.

Tried to order a personal sized cheese pizza and the menu had it priced at $6.49 but the register was ringing it up for more. The cashier spoke to the manager about honoring the price. The manager refused and asked me was it because Ididn’thave the $1 or if I couldn’t afford it. In the middle of me addressing her comment, she walked off to speak to another customer. She did return to me and I asked her for the corporate number, she refused. She told me to speak to her and I said I do not wish to speak with you any longer. As I was taking a picture of the advertised price, she tried to turn off the monitor. I asked her to please give me her regional/district manager contactinformation,she said she couldnodo that that was against protocol. She finally wrote down a number and told me it was the corporate number. I asked for her name and she walked off and went into her office. The cashier let me know her name is Ms. Marcia. I realized when I got back in my vehicle that it was the local number to pizza hut.Cashier gaveme the corporate number.

My order was well over cooked to the point the dough was crunchy underneath the toppings & the cheese in the stuffed crust was liquid. Some staff members were also not wearing masks appropriately, Pizza Hut says they care about safety but it didn’t seem like it at this location. An employee also told us if we didn’t like the food we could take our business elsewhere so we will not be ordering from here anymore. I should have thought twice with all the negative reviews, future customers beware!

Hour for carry out, service continues to decline. Wanted pizza, had to take my business else were. Got to work in the morning can’t be eating a hour later. Wonder why it takes them so long, dominoes be ready and delivered in 30 mins.

Slow, no one comes to the front of the store. You hear them in the back and you call out but no come to the front. If your numbers are down I see why! No one picks up the phone! If your number are down I see why. Zero customer service once you enter the biususses. If your number are down I see why! Workers using the same glove that they take money with to to prepare pizza! Operations needs some major assistance!
