Seems they don’t care about there service or product. Cheese is pushed to center due to bubbles in the dough when cooked. Some one should be looking out for this so that the ingredients on the pizza are even over the entire pie not the center. What a shame, time to find another place.

The service at this Pizza Hut has undergone a remarkable transformation. Evidently, the new manager, Nikim, has implemented numerous changes that have greatly improved the experience here. The staff is now very friendly and attentive, and there appears to be a new focus on ensuring the quality of the food.

I went in and ordered our pizzas. Both pizzas had a good amount of toppings on them. You know how most places, the price goes up and hardly any toppings. These were the best tasting pizzas I have had in 20 years. We enjoyed every last bite. Thank You!

Ordered a large pizza special and asked for it to be well done. It took over an hour to get it delivered. When my pizza arrived it was undercooked, smashed, and luke warm. I asked the driver what happened to my pizza and he said “i don’t know another pizza was on top of it”. I asked him to call his manager and he told me that he couldn’t call because his phone went dead. I tried calling the store and the recording said the call wouldn’t go through. Now its after midnight and the store is closed. I worked late and didn’t eat so pizza seemed to be the easiest thing. So $25 later and I am still hungry and I didn’t even get an apology from the driver. So disappointed and will NEVER order pizza here again.

This location is good only when the male manager is working. He gives the appropriate amount of toppings per paid order. Below is an order that had been placed with extra cheese. The fresh looking whiter cheese was added on as a courtesy per the female manager on duty. She said Pizza hut has changed the measurements for the amount of extra cheese. She was reluctant to give the handful of cheese when she was shown the pizza did not meet the requirements per the order. Eating out is becoming a known loss, only do it for convenience, not quality. Pizza hut has really lowered standards when this managers on duty. Great service and pizza when the guy manager is there.

Sends my order wrong every time and will not answer the phones. You have to call their 800 number and have them transfer you to “management” who will contact the store manager within 24 hours. BUT the only way to reach them is by picking the option saying you need to place an order. If your food is wrong or they don’t send you an item forget about it at that point. You won’t reach someone to remedy it.

These people are so rude and nasty to order from. They have a ridiculous store policy that all delivery orders must have a subtotal of $12. My order came out to $11.99. So, even though after delivery fees and taxes bring it up to almost $20, they refused to accept it. I even asked them to change the price of the pizza to $12 just to meet their ridiculous demands. They refused. Instead the man I was stuck on the phone with tried to bully me into adding a ton of extra toppings to bring the price up, refused to let me speak, refused to remove what I didn’t want, and was just a miserable man overall. He honestly should be fired. No order for them. I will not give money to idiotic scam artists.

Ordered a pizza for delivery through Pizza Hut. 25-35min wait time. 80min go by and I call to see what’s going on, and they tell me that they didn’t have any drivers and the DD driver they use didn’t come pick it up.
