I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years and have yet to discouraged or unhappy with their service. Using the rewards program I have received free large pizzas. The location is only 5 to 7 minutes from my house. So my food is always hot when I get home or use delivery service. I will continue to use Pizza Hut.

I’ve grown up eating pepperoni pan pizzas from Pizza Hut forever, especially at the high school football games, but besides the enjoyable nostalgia, I have just always preferred the pizza from Pizza Hut. It was actually my first job across the university in Edinburg, TX. My local Pizza Hut here in League city hasn’t failed me yet with their delivery, not just physically but through quality, I will keep ordering until something crazy happens, but I don’t think it will. Happy Pizza eating!

Pizza, especially pan cruse is undercooked, little or no crunch. while I amid this is a preference, the real reason for only 2 stars is the lack of accommodating requests for additional cooking. There is a note space on the order form which has always been ignored. When I attempt to call the store for this request the call is transferred to a call center that can’t do anything about it! The only way provided requests is to drive to the store and wait until your pizza is done.

Order never came. Reordered and waited another hour and still no food. I’m then told the delivery driver dropped my order off at the same house again which was wrong the first time. Person on the phone was unapologetic and acting as if it was somehow my fault claiming she confirmed the address was correct in the drivers gps.
