Worst experience had with any food chain. Completely understand allowing grace and being patient, which I did. I waited 3 hours and called 3xs to try to get an update (was hung up on 2 of the times). On the 3rd call I requested a refund and was told it would be processed. I received a return call shortly after, I let the individual know I still wanted a refund- not only was the person rude, but I was also hung up on. This has definitely not been the first time I experience this with this particular location. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to disable the ability to place delivery orders (as I’ve seen some other food chains do) when there is not the bandwidth to complete the orders. It’s an unfair experience not only to the customer, but also to the team of employees working hard to try and meet demand.

My pizza was ready on time and cashier was very friendly! Sad to say these guys were working with no air conditioning due to being broken. No one should risk their health in this heat! Management get the air conditioner fixed!!

First thing Customer service while inside the store was horrible…Then once I get home which is a good 20 minutes away to eat my pizza the crust wasn’t even done. I proceeded to call the store and was told that replacement would be door dash since I didn’t want to drive all the way back but still 3 hours later I haven’t received anything. Never again please check your order before leaving this store.

I usually order from this location, never had any real issues. However, last night I wanted to try the big New Yorker which came with some wings and a pasta for my wife. I ordered using the App. There was a long line and several people waiting due to missing items or incorrectly made items that needed to be corrected. I was hoping it would not be but needless to say it was. Everything was right on my order, but my pizza was missing the Italian sausage. The manager offered to remake it, but with the time it took (about 15-20 minutes) he should have just offered to make my whole order over. By the time my pizza was corrected and brought to me, my food was warm, then lukewarm when I got home. I probably could have asked him to remake everything, but there so many people waiting and I was trying to make everyone wait just for me. This experience reminded me of why I go to dominoes, I never have this problem.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen. Spent $54 on pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks. The pizza tasted horrible, sausage pizza had slices with no sausage. Cheese sticks and pasta looked like they had been sitting for days. Overcooked and dry! The kids wouldn’t even eat it. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

I was going to order food for my family although we rarely eat from restaurants. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and thought to give it a shot. After seeing the molded sauce photo and the way management treats customers I decided to make pasta at home 🙂 Come on people, if still buy from them after mistreatment you are accepting those terms. Stop ordering from these places.
