Everytime I order I have an issue. Yesterday I ordered on the app and waited the appropriate amount of time to go pick up my order. I sent my son in to pick it up and once he got in the store there was only one person in the back making pizza. He didn’t acknowledge him or even go get someone to help. I sat there watching for ten minutes while four other customer came in behind my son. I had to call the store to get the manager out of whatever room she was in to come help. Once she came out to help she completely ignored my son and the people in. The store for another good five minutes. Then a third employee walked in and didn’t offer to help anyone either. Once she finally started helping customers she skipped over my son every single time until I had to go in myself and cancel my order. I will not be going back. The customer service is terrible every time I go there.

I got coupons in the mail. Two days later I called . Lady said she could not find code, but took my order and said just to bring the coupons and they would subtract it from total . After waiting for at least 15 minutes, I got there and they hadn’t even start on my order.

Get the order right! We made our order on line, so there was no miss communication. We ordered a medium, thin crust, classic marinara sauce, double pepperoni, double Italian Sausage. What we received was regular pepperoni and sausage and some kind of white sauce, NO marinara at all. There was chicken on it which we never ordered. The website notified us that the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store about 20 min. after the order was placed and still had to wait an additional 15 min. Not much went right with this order.
