I ordered pan crust but received hand tossed crust which was soggy. I did not order jalapenos but got jalapenos. I did not order green/bell peppers but I got bell peppers. I ordered extra cheese but the pizza barely had cheese… The lid of the pizza box dipped and stuck to the top of the pizza. This location could probably do a better job paying attention to the order.

Was excited to have a location closer than Vidor but I will continue to drive over there to get my orders. This location is not impressive. Pizza Hut should catch up to the other pizza options and include a dipping sauce with wings, not charge you for it. The pizza and side items were lukewarm when I got them.

Pizza was cold, the pasta was hard, cold and it didn’t have any chicken in it. The pasta taste like it was cooked days ago, very much Bland. The Pizza was not fresh out the oven, it was cold, as if it was cooked and hour prior to my delivery.. So disappointed!!!
