Awful experience today! Ordered Big Dinner Box, Medium 2 Topping(free with rewards), Cheesy Bread, and Boneless Wings! The wings and cheesy bread were made the right way! The pizza was horrible!! I have contacted PH Customer Service because the last order I made they messed up, I called the store manager and was offered a $5 credit! Not going for that this time!

We ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was thinner than the paper plate, completely dry, and crunchy as all hell. Our mastiffs buried the slices we gave them in the yard. They’ve never done that with anything before.

Enjoy coming here. With the exception of a minor mess up on an order once or twice, this location’s service is pretty decent. My only complaint is people parking in the curbside spaces only to get off and do inside pick up. It’s rude and inconsiderate to people actually needing curbside. There are plenty of spaces to park if you’re going to get off and come inside. Leave curbside spaces for those that actually need it.

FOOD POISONING: Got pizza last night. (1 pepperoni stuffed crust and 1 pepperoni jalapeño stuffed crust) They gave me food poisoning. 15 minutes after eating just one slice I started feel nauseous. Then it was time for me to leave and hopped in my car, not even 20 minutes into my 2 hour drive I tell my fiancé to pull over because I’ll be throwing up soon. Sure enough as soon as I stepped foot outside the car I threw up on the side of the highway. We stopped at a rest stop shortly after and I threw up once again in the bathroom and so did my fiancé. Texted my MIL to check up on her and she reported that her and my fiancés step brothers also got sick. Woke up this morning and threw up for 30 minutes straight. 24 hours later and I have been throwing up non stop and cannot hold down food. My fiancé also felt nauseous from the pizza and like I said he threw up as well but I guess I have a weaker stomach he was able to go to work today, but I haven’t been able to separate for more than 15 minutes from a bathroom. Save yourselves and go somewhere else.
