We were watching TV and saw the The Yorker Pizza, looked so delicious we ordered one. Much to our surprise it didn’t look at all like the one on TV, so I told them at the window when we picked up and they said it was the The Yorker, when we got home the commercial came on again wow what a disappointment, didn’t look at all like The New Yorker, looked like a regular pizza, didn’t even have enough pepperoni, I called Pizza Hut but they said that’s how they come out, that the pepperoni shrink when it’s being cooked, he did say he was sorry and have a good evening. It sure would be nice to get what they advertise for once!

Terrible dining experience….staff too busy in side dining area eating to seat and greet…then overall value was bad…almost $25 for 1 large pizza? Staff not friendly at all.. felt like we disturbed their afternoon break/meal. Will not return.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This location is nasty dirty and they leave out ingredients from your pizza or pasta. I would avoid at all cost. Try anything but this location. It’s not a real pizza hut. They don’t care if your happy and give you the brush off when you call to let them know they messed up.

They charged my card more than 2 times, when I called they said I’d get a refund because my pizza was never delivered. They refunded my money an charged my card 2 more times. So I never got my money back, or my pizza.

Stood at the order window for 5 min before anyone noticed me. When someone did notice me they just looked at me and walked off and told someone in the back “someone’s up there”. Aside from that the exterior of the establishment looks tired with mostly all of the paint peeled off. The interior lobby where people eat looked like a storage and work space. Cleanliness isn’t a priority here.

Absolutely horrid pizza. Ordered hand tossed and got the equivalent of thin crust. No marinara on the whole pizza. It’s happened a few times but I assumed they just made a mistake. This seems to be the common practice. The only reason it got 1 star is because it was on time. Would have had much better pizza by cooking a frozen one from Wal-Mart

I decided to go to the pizza hut in Devine instead of driving up to lytle for little Ceasars. Big mistake. I could of got a extra-most-bestest pizza for 7 dollars but instead I spent 20 for a very small medium 4 topping pizza. Not nearly as good and far too expensive. I’ll make the drive next time.
