Ordered the new melts and came home to no parmesan cheese seasoning on top. If I would of know it was going to come like this I would of just ordered a pizza and folded it. Called to let them know and they just offer to bring it back so they could put parm on it. Waste of money.

Employees were greeting and nice. I paid cash was looking for change for total(14.07)and employee was nice enough to use some spare change she had. It’s not a dine in type store but it was somewhat clean(was busy). Restroom was stocked(soap, paper towels, toilet paper) but trash was full and floor was a little dirty. Experience was good til I got home and the pepperonis were over cooked and edge’s burnt also the cinnamon sticks were stuck to the box and cheese sticks edges were burnt also. Will visit again as this is the only location in beeville, but I’ll be sure to check order before I leave store.

They gave my pizza to someone else, when I arrived 5 minutes after the online order was set for. Then wanted me to wait 20 minutes while they made another one. I told them to cancel the whole order and they still charged me.

Horrible customer service. Matthew is the worst. Told me “you’re giving me attitude and I don’t appreciate it” even though I was not, yet he talked aggressively with his hands and body. I went back just wanting my order made correctly, after interacting with him I just wanted my money back. Customer service means nothing at this business

Put an online order in at 10:50pm for pickup and they just called at 11:08 saying they can’t make my order because it’s after 11pm and they say it’s gonna take 3to7 business days to refund my money after it’s already been paid for. It’s not about the money it’s about putting the order in before they close and they wanna call after 11 and say there closed. Stop being lazy already. This isn’t the first or second time I have had a problem with them.

This lady gave half of my order to another customer just so that she wouldn’t be waiting. I had to wait another 20 min for the other half. By the time I got home my pizza was cold. First time being there due to husband staying in Beeville for employment purposes.

Someone deleted one of the pics I submitted so I have to redo this review. I built my own thin crust with pepperoni, bacon, jalapenos, and mushrooms with extra marinara sauce on the pizza. That one little mushroom in the picture was the only mushroom I found on the pizza. The sauce wasn’t extra sauce but indeed the opposite. I could forgive them for the sauce but the one mushroom, no. The marinara sauce was watered down. Seems like they are conserving on the sauce. Complete garbage.

Always good pizza. When we are in the area we order and pick up our pizzas, piping hot. We are half way home before they are cool enough to eat. Bring your own paper plates, they don’t have them.
