The ordering process was disrupted by errors 3xs over. I was going to give up but my kids were having a fit and wanted Pizza Hut rather than pizza from anywhere else. Finally placed the order. The delivery took well over an hour. 3 pizzas, bread sticks, & a soda. 2 of the 3 pizzas were incorrect. They did taste good but overall weren’t what I ordered and paid for and were cold by the time they arrived which again, was much later than the projected time.

I was extremely disappointed as to how much Pizza Hut has engaged in downsizing the size of a Large Pizza and the measures they have taken to reduce the portions of extra ingredients that a customer pays for. They cannot say they were busy because I saw 5 employees and not everyone was working. To include the dining room was empty but filty with a dirty floor, tables and benches and windows were super dirty too. From my perspective I feel if employees in a restaurant have Time to Lean, They Have Time To Clean period and no excuses. So your employees and managers need to put a Lil Pep in Your Step!!!!

I witnessed some Mexican looking dude who worked there use the bathroom and not wash his hands. Then I walk around to the front and see no one is wearing gloves while making the pizzas. I will be contacting the health department on Monday. Will never eat this disgusting food again.

2-12-23 that’s right Super Bowl Sunday. We went in for pizza and wings to go. One guy said that they are 20 tickets behind, our wait will be 2 hours!!! Thanks to Adriana and Heather, our order took less than 25 minutes!!! These gals Rock!!!! We will definitely be back. Pizza and wings were perfect. Thanks for exceptional service!!!
