Horrible experience ordered a Black Forest ham and cheese sandwich. This is what I got shredded cold ham. Was rushed out that I couldn’t even check to make sure it was right. Called and was told that if she was aware she would have called me yet was right there handing me food? Thankfully got a refund but now no meal to eat! Thanks. I had not been to this Pizza Hut in a long time. I used to family here when we lived closer to the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the changes I saw. The restaurant has been updated and remodeled and it looks much better than before. The food was good too. The order was accurate and tasted great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will order from here again wherever we get Pizza Hut.

Gave us old menus to order from.. Items/ combos we tried to order off menu were discontinued or had to pay extra for the noted items. Mgr. did honor one order but not the other 2.. We just didn’t get the extras that were posted as the meal on the menu…

I have NEVER been s disgusted with a restaurant in all my life! I ordered a meal deal box and a salad. I didn’t receive the salad and the pizza was not made to specifications asked for. The food was old and cold. Shriveled up veggies and pound of sauce! When I called the restaurant about the order the manager on duty who’s name is Jeffery, refused me a refund and wouldn’t let me speak. I kept trying to speak,I even yelled Sir! Sir! Let me talk! He kept talking and arguing! Unbelievable !! This store deserves better than Jeffery’s horrible leadership!

Dine in is open but no waiter, no specials in store so you have to order online to get a better price (was a 8-10dollar difference) you had one special if you dine in and sit down with no waiter I don’t understand how this works but pizza hut def went downhill sorry this used to be my fav pizza places but damn wouldn’t recommend to eat here I guess everything is carry out or delivery now they don’t care about dine in anymore

Tried to go in today Friday at 3:15pm while I wait for my tire to be replaced at Discount Tire, doors were locked even though it’s supposed to be opened and I see employees sitting inside the dining area. This place is advertised as Dine-In per Google Maps. Doors were locked and could not get in. Called the place multiple times while I was outside and nobody picks up the phone even though there’s people (employees?) inside. What store is open with people inside yet their doors are locked? A failing business.

I ordered green bell peppers on half of my pizza. You cannot tell me that no one saw these charred bell peppers as they were boxing it and still gave it to me this way! So disappointing! It is burned you do not serve people this. I could of paid less elsewhere and actually enjoyed my pizza. What is worse is that I see a few reviews complaining about the quality of what was given to them and how some of the employees there are rude from months ago. Obviously nothing has changed.
