Ordered through the app. Showed up about 7 minutes after expected pickup time. Only 1 of the 2 pizzas was ready. The 2nd hadn’t even been started and apparently was made in a sloppy rush. If you’re gonna mess up and I’m gonna have to wait an extra 20 min to finish my order then at least make it right.

Staff was efficient. I made an oder to pick up in 15 min.. when I got there, pizza’s were ready. No wait. Slow day; no one was seated in the area. Full staff. I saw lots of pick up. Pizza was good and cooked good. No burns and no sloppy pizza, and fully cooked. Me, I was satisfied today. Plan to make another order. Thank the staff THAT day; good job.

Reason for 3 stars is not due to the pizza’s but the fact that an order was also placed for a salad. Order was picked up and noticed salad was charged but not received. Went back in only for employee to state they were out of salads. Not a big issue, the issue is instead of removing the order charge for salad or given credit, they said nothing and allowed us to walk out paying for a salad that they didn’t have on stock. Pizza’s we’re delicious will go back, but would appreciate open communication on out of stock on paid orders.

Worst service I’ve ever had nobody addressed me when I walked in it was like gangster The guy got up from eating to come help me and acted like I was kntruding on his life. They we all rude. nobody smiled when I was ordering it was as if I was putting this person out it was horrible I will never ever go to this location again it was almost scary he was completely rude and mean. I can’t believe these people are actually employees.

My nephew went in to pick up a carry out order I had made and paid for online. I think perhaps the employee didn’t like my nephew’s tattoos or his looks because he was given the runaround. He gave my name, no pizza. Then had to come to ask for my phone # and still they said they didn’t have my order. Then he was asked if he was at the right pizza hut. I had to park to go inside and of course now there was no problem, same name and ph. #. I will never tip online before I get my pizza again. I wish I could get my tip back.

Received my order cold, was told by driver she was the only driver they had. I understand due to covid but manager can at least pick up the phone and inform the customer. People are going based on what the app is saying, if the store is short staff then there should be something in place to inform their customers and or something should be listed on line before order is being place about wait time. On top of this called to the store, was put on hold first time for about 8 minutes then again for about 5 to be told they only had one driver. Delivery was expected about 9:11 per app but not received till about 9:45, order placed about 8:07.

Delivery driver gave us our order and we found out that one of our drinks was opened. Called the store back and the manager did nothing to fix this mistake. I will never order from this store.

I typically love Pizza Hut but this location did not do well… I placed an online order at about 5:15 pm for pick-up at 6:30 pm. We arrived for our order (pizza, pasta and wings) only to be told at 6:41 that the pizza is ready but everything else is not and they would bring it out to me when it was but had no idea how long it would take. I noticed that we were 1 of 2 cars waiting for our order and wondered what could be taking so long as I had been sitting there for 15 minutes at this point and no other customers had come and gone and also no delivery drivers had left the building. They then brought out the pizza and stated that the pasta was about to be started and they were not sure about the wings yet but that I could have the pizza now. I told them that the pizza would only get cold and they should just bring everything out together when it is ready. They said that since the pizza has already left the building they could NOT take it back inside and I need to take it from them if I wanted to get my pasta and wings. Keep in mind, I have already paid for my order so I should be getting my food regardless, there was no need to say I could only get it if I took the pizza. I then asked if I could just cancel my order because at this point it is now after 7:00 pm (over 30 minutes past my pick-up time.) They said no I could not and would need to wait for my order and then walked away. I got out of my car and opened their door, placed the pizza on the counter and asked for a refund. The manager then brought me my money and I left. It was completely unacceptable as I have ordered from that location before with no issues. I then ordered from a different location and received better customer service and timely food.

Very few toppings on the pizza. I ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza and I got 3 mushrooms on the entire pizza. What the h***?The website is an utter disgrace and calling is useless. I struggled with both. Won’t be a next time. The driver was nice and quick but the rest was terrible. Don’t order from here. Peter Piper Pizza is better and cheaper and in the same area. Go there instead.
