We placed an order for delivery.. we got something completely different after we repeated ourselves…Spoke to Lauren who “supposedly” was a general manager at this location. I was explaining the situation and she just gave us the run around. She expected us to go back to return the food from their mistake knowingly that we paid for delivery. She showed no empathy and I was disgusted by her service. I did tell her to come pick up the food and she said she was not going to have her driver come. At this point i knew we were not going to get any where with her.. I asked for the corporate and store number but she said refused and then hung up! I RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PIZZA HUT EVER… as you can see, it’s rated 3 stars only.

Last night I ordered 36 boneless wings and got bone in and they managed didn’t want to switch them out beca It was “A big lose for them” then they also messed up my pizza adding ham instead of the sausage to it then I order boneless wings today and the are hard and have hardly any barbecue sauce

I placed an online pizza order and paid for it when I got to the store. Upon arrival I paid $10.82 then the pizza was presented incorrectly. I was very nice and professional, the cashier tried to be accommodating, however, when the manager was asked to come upfront she was immediately. I told her that I had no problem in waiting for it to be remade but she refused. Then she refused to refund my money. I left the incorrect pizza on the counter. I went home and immediately sent an email to the corporate office and today got this survey. It may have only been $10.82, however, it’s the principle of making the order correctly is the point at the end of the day.

Looks like there’s cut backs happening at Pizza Hut… Opened the box to one pepperoni on each slice and a few of the other toppings. Also paid extra for the pan crust and it’s not cooked correctly. Looked forward to a treat all week, and didn’t get much.
