Ordered the big New Yorker from this location. Very honorable attempt to make a pizza usually small pizzarias make. The sauce is sweet and the crust is so so. The cheese is good. I’d try it once , maybe twice but this pizza will kill a craving late night.

This is the worst pizza hut in San Antonio I ordered $77.75 worth of food and you send me the wrong pizza your manager doesn’t apologize nor does he rush my pizza to me. He has door dash bring it over a hour later! This is the worst manager ever and why is it their is no corporate office you can call and speak to someone!. I’m done with you guys I order $70 to $100 worth of pizza on a regular from now on it’s Marcos pizza you guys really suck!!!!!

This Pizza Hut is not the closest to our house, but we always order from here. The pizza is always consistent, always a good amount of toppings evenly distributed, and the pizza is always hot. Most of all the pizza is always ready when we arrive to pick it up. We have had issues in the past with other Pizza huts, but never with this location.

We had a New Yorker pizza delivered. It looked like it had been turned on its side and shaken. The majority of the crust was bare, with all the cheese and toppings on the edge of the box. A replacement pizza was delivered. It was somehow worse than the first one. After being on hold for a manager for over an hour, they hung up on us. What is going on over there?

Ordered delivery yesterday and complained that the order was cold and the pizza didn’t look appetizing. So they gave me a credit which I claimed today and it’s the exact same thing. Two 2x pepperoni w/ Xtra sauce. First one has light pepperoni and second pizza has a bunch tossed in the center. Worst part is that the sauce and cheese isn’t spread evenly. You can clearly see a huge gap between the crust and sauce. The staff seemed nice but their products are consistently bad.

Love quality of service, attentive and quick. The manager with the tattoos was the one that served me curbside. Receipt says Pablo.. Ither way this person dropped my order even tho I had another call on the line. He new I was on a lunch rush/break. He had my order done in 6mins after I finished my work call and called him bk. I love this location over the yrs when ever I came they always were polite,clean, and quick. Good job #27! Stay amazing
