I’ve never had Pizza from Pizza Hut. I’ve only been here since the release of the “Melts” which are delicious. I order online every visit, so there is no wait when I arrive. The lunch hour staff is always friendly. Their big issue here is giving me the correct order. Sometimes I get regular wings instead of boneless, other times I get 2 of the same kind of Melt when I ordered 2 different ones. It’s hit and miss, so I reccommend you check your order before you leave the location.

Had an issue with my delivery yesterday,manager and associate took care of me today the remakes were perfect thanks. Manger i felt questioned if i was telling the truth or not lol. But Terra was very professional and helpful the day of the original order. Pizzas were not correct, but Terra was quick to take my info and pass to the GM the next day. Great customer service very rare these days.

This place has gone downhill sooo bad in the last 6 months. Food is hardly made/cooked as requested. And service is s***!! Gm doesn’t care about the customer OR customer service! She just “hangs out” thinking that we can’t see her behind the boxes, sitting on her a**! When clearly lots of people are waiting for their orders….Get up and help! That’s your job! Next time I’m taking photos and including them. On top of it all… Our favorite delivery driver isn’t even there anymore. They said it got so bad that he switched locations. Now I will never get delivery from them!

This is probably the worst Pizza Hut I ever ordered from. I ignored the first time my family got food poisoned. But forgetting a simple order. My God! Why are they still in business. Don’t eat here. Eat dominos, eat Little Ceaser, there is even a Valero next door get pizza from there just don’t eat here.

This location is 90% reliable. The food is usually done when they say it’ll be done, but over the years, they have messed up my order too many times. HOWEVER, they always right there mistake and usually offer something as compensation. The food is always hot and fresh. This location is carry out or delivery only, no dine-in.

Our food was splendid. We ordered both Dominos and Pizza Hut at the exact same time. Dominos won by 2 min. But regardless of the time the delivery driver was amazing. And the service was exceptional. Thank you so so much for the great food. Today is my birthday and yesterday was my friends so we decided to splurge on pizza so thanks for the great experience.
