So I order a medium pizza about 3 weeks ago and Pizza Hut screwed up my order. One of the guys in charge that day told me to just call back to get get a replacement. So I called today to get the same order and they wanna act like nothing happened. Pizza Hut u have to do better to better serve the customer when it was y’all’s mess up. Never will I order from Pizza Hut and it hits me to say but me being in customer service for over 30 yrs this is a dissatisfied customer. We have officially broken up!!!

Stopped by, walked in, and got sked if we were going to eat there. Then the nice lady asked if we already knew what we wanted. She pushed a menu toward us on the counter. We didn’t even make it to the table. We turned around and left. There was no one in that place. And even like that, she managed to provide terrible costumer service

Waited an hour for cold pizza. I am blind the driver drove around me and left. Had to call the store they sent him back. These people have no business doing delivery. Do yourself a favor don’t shop at places that take advantage of the disabled !

Had a pizza delivered at my office. Opened the box and it was smushed all to one corner like it had been dropped. Called to speak to someone the woman on the other line said “ugh god” then HUNG UP. Poor service.

I called to order my pizza and was greeted by someone 5,000 miles away. We then went back and forth about what order I wanted to no avail until I asked to be transferred to the physical location I intended on picking my pizza up at. first I was told they couldn’t transfer me. Then they told me they would transfer to the manager at this location. The phone rang about 75x before it ended the call automatically. This is corporate restaurants for you in 2021. Save the little guy, they’re the only one’s who really care about customer satisfaction anymore.

They normally do a good job, but the last couple of times they messed up. Previously, on an order of sauce but no cheese, we found on arriving at home, they had added cheese and no sauce. This past time, the order was scheduled for pick up at 6:15 but was not ready till about 6:30. It was not a rush period. I suspect the manager is not overseeing the kids who make the pizzas as they should be doing.

Never disappointed. I lived in Detroit for 12 years and wanted to see if you nailed it. Ordered the Detroit style pizza for my husband who had never heard of it nor had one. It disappeared and we only ask that the Detroit style pizza becomes a permanent menu item.

We had ordered a pan pizza and were given a thin crust. Didn’t enjoy the pizza at all. We have always enjoyed the pan. The manager gave us some lame excuse about not hearing correctly because of the phone line. Easy to blame the phone line. They didn’t want to accept that it was their mistake. This location has messed up our pizza numerous times. Management needs to get more efficient

Great pizza & wings! Driver was very nice and friendly! Excellent service – my marinara sauce wasn’t delivered the first time, but the manager took care of it for me. She was very helpful & even sent a treat of some Cinnabons & Pepsi along with the sauce. Thanks & keep up the good work, Stone Oak Pizza Hut!
