It was 15 minutes till closing, I placed my order online via app. I didn’t expect to get a good quality meal due to last minute order. But I admit, I was wrong. The pizza was perfect, pepperoni good to perfection, sauced perfect, and plenty of cheese. Ordered 2 mixed pastas and cheese sticks. Order was delivered fairly quick to our hotel. My family and I enjoyed, hit the spot! Will definitely order again from this location.

I’m going to start off by saying that half the time, I can’t even log into the website. They charge about $2 for extra toppings and the amount of toppings I pay extra for looks like they pinched the toppings and sprinkled it on the pizza (hardly anything). On my last order, I bought fries, and the amount I received was a joke. I’m posting a picture here so you can see for yourself. For the price I paid, I thought I would get the amount that they show on their website, but this was about 1/4 of what they show. I think we might start looking for a new pizza place.

Don’t dine in. No music, boxes stacked on the tables, employee sodas left on the tables. Doesn’t look like the dining room is meant to be open, we asked if it was and the employee said yes. Standing at the counter and asked where the menu was, the register employee, without a word, moved a notepad to reveal a small scan code taped to the counter and stood there. When we got our food we asked for cheese and pepper, the employee responded they are 99 cents each. After we paid fifty bucks for pizza and wings, I think it’s common business sense to give five cent packets to a customer. Wow Pizza Hut. Don’t even care what the food tastes like now.

Really good pizza great prices. I was shocked because all the other pizzerias in San Antonio just flat out suck. Coming from NYC it’s a shame that we can’t find decent pizza here. Thus one exceeded our expectations.

This PH location has ALWAYS done a great job with my order – I order from this location often, and there is rarely an occasion where something was missed or incorrect (the time or two something was missing, they were quick to fix it).

Ham sandwich. i didn’t open the bread or touch anything. This is exactly how it came after 1 hour…cold and rock hard. Made with tiny bits of pizza toppings and zero dressing. They did not respond to my complaint. I’ve been loyal to Pizza Hut for 50 years. What happened?…..update: Manager called 3 weeks later because national office complained. No apology, no refund, and he refused to view this photo. Three times he said his employees screw everything up because they are teenagers.

My son and I had a terrible experience at this pizza hut today. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pizza was not fully cooked and our server touched our pizza with her bare hands. We waited for over 20 minutes for one pizza and were graced with the sounds of a manager yelling at another employee to wash their hands. Truly gross and disappointing experience.

This location is the best Pizza Hut location I’ve gone to in over ten years. The staff seem to love working here and take pride in the quality of their food. This is not always something you see in fast food joints, but of the 3 times I’ve ordered for various events the food arrives ON TIME and very quickly. The food is restaurant fresh, toppings on point, the temperature is hot, and actually delicious. I’m not sure I can credit the difference in all other locations except for the staff. Event the boneless wings where moist and perfectly coated.
