Today we visited this Pizza Hut, sadly but my nephew has autism. As we enter the Manager claims his not open for Dine-In. I asked as to why? He claims in Closed down just today because a few employees tested Covid19. Yet the sign outside says, welcome we’re open for dine-in. Ok. Then I go to place an order and cashier claims it’s because their short staff, but two different person two different storylines. Seriously, I observed the dining tables and a couple was dining in. So I am very disappointed with the sudden ban of service due to this lying manager trying to avoid a child with autism and two toddlers as well as two mid adolescence -accompanied by two adults. Never the less we placed our order. Reluctantly stood while everything was prepared by staff. Sadly how these place’s can close prior to closing time, pick who they let eat inside, do not provide complaint telephone? Poor day to go to this location. All need compassion. Except the young cashier, who was able to turn the ordering process to a positive vibe. She’s the only reason we continued to place an order. I believe she’s from the location on Baldwin Street.

We got a deep dish pizza nothing special there is only one person working the counter and cooking the food and being the waitress we won’t be back ask for peppers and cheese and then they charged us a dollar each at the on the receipt

Pizza was delivered. Got here without safety seals and soggy and under cooked The one person who ate a slice was not feeling well. Spoke with Reyes said he was management and very busy and had to be the cook and the cashier. Reyes apologized and said I didn’t need to take him the pizza he believed me because he cooked it Reyes also said he would refund my order as soon as he was not busy. I told him he shouldn’t compromise the food safety and health of anyone for store profits. Warn the customer you are swamped and unable to guarantee quality and health safety and especially safety seals during a pandemic.

Peaceful dinner with the family. I noticed they were understaffed but the manager on site accommodated me and my family in a timely matter. I was impressed on how tenitive he was and while managing the orders coming in. Great experience but they do need more staff on hand or at least more employees like Jose Garcia he is the reason we skip two pizza huts to order here. Thank you so much for serving my family.
