Wouldn’t call it fast food, dinned in several times. Typically good food. But the wait is horrible, it frequently takes 30-60 minutes to get food. Tables left with trash and food from previous family’s all over the restaurant. They certainly prioritize mobile or delivery. Forget the dine in, walked in today. The restaurant was empty yet was told it would be over an hour wait for food.

Walked into Pizza Hut, there was but two tables being served, yet no one ever attempted to serve us even though we had been seated. After 15 minutes, I asked the bartender if we could get some help (he said he’d get somebody)— but again, after another 10 minutes, no one paid no mind to us. I got up yet again, asked a waitress for help, she said she’d be with us. 10-15 minutes later nothing. Over 30 minutes, and we hadn’t even been asked what we’d like to drink. If I was an owner of this restaurant, I’d be infuriated to find out that who ever my Management staff was, would allow this type of service to my customers.

Have ordered from this location before without issues but pizza today barely had any cheese or sauce on it. It had no flavor whatsoever. It was like eating it with the crust only and toppings put on it. Was barely warm. By the time got to 2nd piece it was cold.

I love there pizza but always disappointed when we go to this location, there bar is close the majority of the time. So we actually exit back out and go to another pizza place. I enjoy having 1 or 2 beers with my pizza.

We just purchased that big New Yorker they keep advertising on TV with big slices and bunch of pepperoni. And it was just a regular size pizza nothing compared to what it showed on TV and hardly any pepperoni on it was just a joke… Thank you Pizza Hut
