Ordered online to pickup… I had to try the New York Pizza. It was delicious. There was a nice atmosphere in the Hut. The staff was polite and all smiles. I thought that maybe next time I should dine in at Pizza Hut. Great place to take the family.

We had lunch there today and spent $113.93($98.93 + $15 tip). When I requested a medium to-go box for the pizza we had left they wanted to charge me $2.00 for a medium size pizza box. I was then provided 5 small boxes(total boxes we ended up using for leftover pizzas). The employee there mentioned that those were the only boxes he could provide me as the other boxes are only for carry-out and have been directed by their management to do so. I do not recommend this place as this is the only pizza hut in the RGV that has done this to us. Management here needs to do better.

Worst Pizza Hut (PH) experience ever today. I ordered for delivery and they DoorDashed (DD) my order. The reason I found out it was DD was because I received a text. I didn’t know it was going to be DD or I wouldn’t of gotten it for delivery since they can’t keep the food warm. Sure enough DD kept pushing the delivery back and when the order finally got here everything was cold. Not only because the DD took forever but also because PH didn’t put a lid on the pasta or put the cheesy bread in its own box. The pasta was cold and dried out and the cheesy bread was cold and collapsed. Then when I called PH to let them know of the situation, they never answered. Do better PH

Had to return to store because they didn’t include marinara with bread sticks. Pizza dough was uncooked, raw. Little to no marinara. Tasted horrible. Tossed the entire meal. Never again. Shameful at how far Pizza Hut has deteriorated. Too many competitors offer much better quality

Ordered Two Large Thin & Crispy Pizzas. The Pizzas came with very little cheese, while being hard and cold. Just horrible pizza!! Worst pizza I’ve ever had. To be honest, all the Pizza Huts in the McAllen area suck! Time to go to Little Caesars or somewhere else. This is ridiculous.
