This location is small and a little hidden. This we found out is more like a hub for carryout or delivery with the option to dine in. This location is kept very clean. The staff was nice and courteous. The pizza was excellently prepared and cooked. The only two things that could have made it a better were to be able to enjoy our bottled drinks with a cup and ice. This location has no drink fountain and the bottled drinks needed to be colder for me. We will come back again for the pizza!

Doc Who? (Doctor Who?)
I have to caveat that this five star review has less to do with great food (it’s rare I give five stars to pizza, anywhere!) than with how the management and drivers handled a mistake in our food order. I had ordered online, via the website, and gave a very detailed special instruction about preparation of the food. The pizza order did arrive on time (a plus), yet was not prepared per my request (which wasn’t an exotic one). I called the store, the manager answered. Without a blink, she responded that a new order would be made. I won’t bother going into further detail, only just to say this proved to be a “comedy of errors” misadventure, which the drivers and manager handled with grace and professionalism. Eventually, the food order was correctly delivered and my family fed! The important takeaway: I cannot speak for other store locations, though this store plainly has an excellent manager who has trained her staff well regarding customer service. This ability to manage any kind of disruption in delivering a product while remaining calm and providing the customer with otherwise excellent service is …golden. Kudos to this team! I’ll be ordering from your store again, and recommending you to my friends and colleagues.

I’m currently in the hospital recovering from covid. I called and placed an order before opening hours for the nurses here. Dave (manager) took my call & order. I’m very appreciative at his professionalism and detail to order. Food was on point and staff got a warm fresh meal. Great job!!!

The pizza was cold, one of the pizzas was not delivered we had to wait to get it and once we received it it was not thin and crispy but soft and burned. The manager never apologized for our inconvenience. Very disappointed with the order. The delivery person was very pleasant.
