What a waste of money. Nothing was edible. The entire top of the cheese sticks came off in one entire burnt, plastic vomit looking sheet. Then the pizza arrived so cold that I could grab it with me hand and it was cold. Not warm, not a little colder than normal, I’m talking sitting out for an hour cold. Then absolutely no attempt at any resolution.

The Big New Yorker pizza tasted great! It was cheesy and the pepperonis were toasted just right. My favorite part was the sweetness of the marinara sauce. All of this put together made my mouth explode with tastiness.

Very impressed that my pizza was made picture perfect this time and last week. Toppings were evenly distributed, cooked to perfection and evenly cut. Which had not been happening at other Pizza Hut locations in McAllen, Texas or at competition pizza businesses. Employees were very engaging and friendly towards me which doesn’t happen very often now a days.

A driver from this location with last four license plate number 8019 driving a white honda was tailgating me and traffic for no reason and speeding and swerving on North 10th. The only reason why I’m putting 1 star is because thats the only way to be able to post a review. The manager said “oh yeah I’ll talk to him” but he didn’t even know who he was nor did he get the license plate number from me so clearly he didn’t care. Thanks guys.
