Just like every Pizza Hut, the food was delicious. I was disappointed in this specific location they apparently do not follow the order instructions. I ordered online and selected contact less delivery. I even input my vehicle information and put instructions to put my order on the passenger side. I had to call when I realized my order was taking forever. If I would have known that they don’t bother to check the instructions then I would have not wasted my time and just gotten down.

I order my pizza. On my app for curbside …it tells me 15 min will be ready by the time I get there I press I am here..to get my pizza….and guess what no one came out to give me my pizza after a while I go inside to ask what’s going on and the lady told me she gave my order to some one else. I placed a order and they gave me old doe ..and forgot toppings on it..I worked for this company before I know what quality fresh doe looks like and they refused to remake my order or refund my money …really bad management… Remember the customer is always right and more when y’all know you did the order wrong.. !

Went inside sat down then the cashier tells us that if we are going to dine in we have to order first then sit down. Which she could of told us as we went in. Anyway we went to go order and she completely ignored us. We waited for a few minutes then decided to leave. Pretty rude and unprofessional.
