While customer service is nice the actual pizza… Cheese sticks without cheese (not an order issue, ordered cheese sticks and some didn’t have any) the pizza had parts without sauce. It just seems like they don’t know how to spread it out. This has happened multiple times. One pizza wasn’t cooked enough, we could taste the “fresh” dough (I used to work for Pizza Hut, I know how fresh it is). Another note, since I used to work for Pizza Hut I know how easy it is to make the pizzas. This is straight up not caring. Reason why i don’t say something this time is because I’m sick and don’t want to deal with it. Stars are for customer service. They are nice and deliver with a smile.

This pizza hut is pretty good can’t say the same for a couple others.. I was turned off of pizza hut for a long time because the quality was slipping and the pizza crust was tasting kinda like the metal pans they make em with. But this location has been really good.

They were very rude on graduation day, they had a 80% full dinning and 2 hr to closing time. (There is different ways to say pls we are running out of food or we don’t have enough staff). Instead they told us we are not making more pizzas we sold enough today!! I’m not coming back to this restaurant , or in port Isabel same deal.!

Horrible experience. Ordered parmesan shaker and was given crushed red pepper instead. The breadsticks had hardly any seasoning and neither did the crust (order the Hut Favorite seasoning, it was all over the box and not on the crust). The place was slow since everyone is quarantined at home so there’s really no excuse for such poor service.

Wow horribile experince so i got the 10$ deal the sticks were great but pizza was undercooked very dough i called they said thats why pan is but i have order from securitydr and on boca chica and it doesnt come like that i called for them to bring me a new one and never got it avoid this hut if possible. The holes are where the dough was still raw
