I place an order 9:38 and it was suppose to be ready at 9:53. I arrived at the store at 9:45 to pick up my order and out of the 6 employees that I saw nobody acknowledged me or said that someone will be with me in a moment. The person that was supposed to be at the register was in the bathroom the entire time I was waiting. This is by far the worst customer services that I have ever experienced.

This is the worst place I’ve ordered from. The customer service is horrible. I ordered on the online app and 45 mins later, after the app said the food was ready there was no food. The guy just said to park and waiting in my car because it wasn’t ready and they didn’t know how long it would take. This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Pizza was barely cooked, they didn’t even give me the dips I paid for, and they gave me chicken Alfredo when I ordered the cheesy Alfredo without chicken. Very displeased. The only thing they got right was the breadsticks.

Awful place. I couldn’t order one time because the system was down, another their ovens weren’t working, again, their systems were down (paid in cash). Last time, I was charged $15 more. Ordered through deals on the app. Called to ask why and was told some garbage about online being different from their restaurant. Said pizzas were $17.99 and $2.25 for extra cheese and that’s why the total was $40.50, what happened to the taxes? Given pathetic excuses time and time again. And both pizzas didn’t have extra cheese. Don’t bother getting pizzas from this poorly ran, pathetic location.

This place is consistently bad whenever I order here. Delivery takes 40 minutes longer than told, pizza and sides are always cold, even with carryout. I’d rather drive the 30 minutes to and from University Pizza Hut just to get better pies than this place. Extremely dissapointing.

I order from this Pizza Hut often, the staff is friendly, my order is always correct and placed where I ask them to place it outside my house. The pasta is a little dry but you just need to ask for extra sauce and that makes it amazing. Love the wings also.
