The worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff completely ignored me in drive thru for over 6 minutes. It wasn’t until the delivery driver arrived back to store that actually came to the window to help and apologize for the delay. The other two walked past the window many times. Pizza was already cold and I arrived right at ready time. Won’t be going back. Plenty of other pizza chains to try

SUPER STATUS
Worst pizza hut. Nobody is ever at the drive thru window. We arrived to pick up an order and waited so long for someone to come to the window and nobody ever did. We literally had to call and let them know we were at the drive thru window. Thats a common problem there. Another time I went I saw an employee walking around with a baby in her arms while she was working. And most of the employees look like they ain’t got a clue in the world about what they’re doing. It’s a bit further but just go to the one on McColl and Ridge. Way better service there.

I wish I could send/attach you a copy of the pizzas I ended up with. They looked as if they were dropped or something bad happened on the way to my office dept. They were squished to one side of the box and folded in half. I have the picture to prove it. My co-workers at the school district were stunned as so was I. The Tastemasters your specialty right now were both cold, not even warm to the touch. The driver took them out of the trunk of his car! I do not know what or how they were handled. Very poor and sad and shame for Pizza Hut to even hand over this monstrosity. Lucia Luken, long time rewards member. Seriously considering Dominos next time they have rewards programs too!

Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ordered from in a minute. Driver didn’t know how to use Google maps and keeps calling me to find out where I’m at. Took 30 minutes to go 5 miles. Food is cold and no utensils.
