I’ve got to say I’m not a real big Pizza Hut fan. And I don’t think I’ve been to Pizza Hut but once every two years in my life. But the young lady who was the manager at this Pizza Hut was exceptionally professional. And she really gave great details about the new I don’t know what you call it. It’s not a calzone it’s made out of thin crust with it’s kind of a big pizza pocket with crispy thin crushed. She got us one of each and I’ll tell you what they were very good. And I think they’re only like six or seven bucks. So I highly recommend giving this Pizza Hut a try. It was a clean establishment and I normally never see Pizza hut’s clean that’s why I usually don’t go. But this one was in good shape I recommend it

Wish I could give Bastrop Pizza Hut ZERO STARS because this is what they deserve. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! They accidentally made one of our pizzas with a double crust and this resulted in the top crust with toppings not getting cooked. Instead of fixing the mistake immediately they tried to convince us that’s how the pizza is made. The dining room is very loud because the employees are having very loud conversations and playing around with little focus on their work. There is absolutely no consideration for the fact that customers are trying to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. We will not be back as this location is obviously very poorly managed! Clearly, management does not understand that a poor customer experience is an indication of poor food service. If this is what they do in front of customers then what is going on in the kitchen?!?!

Ordered bbq and honey chicken wings and mild hot wings. The bbq honey chicken wings were half the size of my thumb. Looked like they scrapped the bottom of the pan and could have care less. They were also rock hard. Dominoes you have my business.

Horrible customer etiquette they treated me horribly couldn’t give me explanation and used my number when I asked them not to and this is all of the mangers doing she even went to the extent to insulting me and refused to serve me as well also the delivery driver is very lazy he also gets phone numbers confused and swears by that he contacted me even though I have proof that he did not. Will not be coming back because of the way I was treated today the Manger needs classes on how to talk to a customer in a respectful way especially a customer who is a minor.

Manger very rude and likes to talk over customers also delivery driver lied and never showed up and didn’t take time to contact us he also didn’t take time to knock at the door to alert us I waited a whole hour before calling and the manger refused services to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. The manger definitely needs some manner tips and classes.

We were disappointed with our 14” pan dish Supreme Pizza because there was so very little sauce on the pizza. There was no tangy sauce flavor on the pizza at all. In our opinion, the pizza was not good. Our order was placed with and delivered by Door Dash.

Pizza is constantly good. This location actually had seating in the restaurant, but its main function is as a pizza delivery place. Don’t expect to see a hostess and have a dedicated waiter. The restaurant is kept clean and the staff are friendly.
