Now when you order delivery they use Door dash. I don’t order directly from door dash for a reason and now even delivery places like this are using them. What’s the incentive to order directly now? It used to be pizza deliveries in like 20 mins with their drivers now it’s 1.5 hours with door dash. Not coming back.

Absolutely amazing how completely good this place is. Fresh pizza. Good measuring. Quick and efficient. Lobby is very clean. Probably don’t even have to mention a friendly and great staff some will even talk to you if they have time at the register, which in my opinion is pretty hard to find in most places.

Paid $90 for two pizzas and 12 chicken wings for delivery 4 mins from this location. An hour later I got a text saying the order is out for delivery. After that, crickets. No food was ever delivered.

When I came in the gentleman asked if he could help me and I gave him my name for a pickup. 5 minutes later I jiggled the door and the gentleman came in and asked me if he could help me. My pizza came out warm.

Not happy. Ordered 1 pizza and cheesesticks in advance for hubby to pick up on his way home. Said 10-20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes after order was placed and was told it wasn’t ready when he got there. Then after waiting 10 more minutes they handed him the pizza that was sitting there the whole time… and I was charged an 18% tip that I did not approve.
