They didn’t cut my cookie and since we were at at Hotel I had to literally cut it with my credit card just to be able to eat it. Gross. Seriously how unexperienced or distracted can the staff be???

I use to not have issues with this pizza hut. But here recently there delivery has been trash. They either so up two hours late or never show up at all. For some reason they out source their delivery to door dash and they never get stuff to you. They act as if you gave the correct address when in fact that just went to the wrong location.

Dont plan on receiving your order if you choose delivery. Plan on picking up your order, as we waited 2 hours past the estimated delivery time, and never received our order. When trying to call the location, the phone would just ring. No answer, I felt like they were either screening calls or just ignoring them all together. We will not be visiting this location again.

I other a personal pan pizza that cost me 920 cents I wanted a little sauce it had a lot of sause. I paid extra to get more meat and there was very little. I would have taken it back but I was already home when I looked at it. Just sad

We ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours to receive our food and I had to heat it up in the microwave by the time I got it. Also they used Doordash to deliver and that was never disclosed before we placed the order. Also the pizza was not good ether won’t be going back

I’m not a fan of Pizza Hut but we had a free pizza so why not. Service was terrible and so slow. There were about 8 people standing around waiting for their pizza to be ready so they could leave. The front counter worker just walked away because people were mad. I wouldn’t suggest it.

The pizza was cold and taste like it had been sitting and the wings smell weird I just threw those away I called and they door dash me a knew pizza that wasn’t any better. Because door dash usually has multiple orders at one time and the pizza was still cold so I just gave up wasted 54. 00. I gave it a 2 star because they sent another pizza out.

I ordered at 7:50pm online yesterday I got the confirmation online, email, and by text for delivery. At first it said it would be here at 8:25pm online, then they sent another time by text saying 8:35 I thought nothing of it. It says the usually wait for delivery is 30-40 minutes. So I waited and by 9:40pm I had already tried to call twice and each time it says they are busy with another costumer. I waited on the call for over 15 minutes and no one answered until the call eventually dropped both times. All we ordered was a deal that included a three topping pizza and eight boneless wings. Luckily we were going to pay cash (which is an option). So, we are not out on money, just disappointing that no one called and texted to say that we could not get our order or at least say why our order never came.
