I like when I’m able to take my time to order from the comfort of my home. When I get to the store my order is usually ready and I don’t have to wait long. My food is kept at a good temperature and by the time I get home the food is still hot and taste delicious. I enjoy ordering for my family and friends and seeing the deals available.

I’m disappointed tin this Pizza Hut. I ordered online – arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready and they forgot to make something and said it would be right out- it wasn’t and I got a refund for the cinnamon sticks. I’m giving a 3 for the incomplete order and our pizzas seem not to be cooked all the way. They are doughy in the center.

I quite enjoyed eating a New York style pizza at a sit down Pizza Hut is nostalgia in my eyes. The atmosphere was very chill and not busy which is something I enjoy. If you are ever traveling through please stop by and enjoy yourself for 20 minutes here it’s worth it.

Last night my family wanted pizza hut so we made the drive from gonzales to lulling and it was well worth the drive. The store was clean and everyone was professional. Unlike the gonzales store I’ve seen the unhygienic things that go on there hence why we made the drive to Luling. We will definitely go back.

Witnessed an employee pulling a long hair out of a product storage container as I was paying at the register. Another employee whose attention was called to the situation, (a manager, I believe) snatched the hair out of her hand in order to hide the situation.

There is no welcoming feeling when you walk in. Employees don’t smile, they barely acknowledge your existence. The back of the computer screen has at least half an inch of dirt on it. Imagine how filthy the things the customer cannot see must be.

I have been in here in the past probably 6 months ago and it was dirty and service was horrible. But tonight was great floors were clean , staff was presentable. Things were organized! Not sue who the new manager is but I’d give them a raise! I’ll come here again soon!
