If I could give less than 1 star I would. Forty dollars worth of food took two hours. This required me to search the parking lot and street for the driver. He didn’t know what food was mine so I had to search the back seat of the car for my order. I didn’t get the fries I paid for. Then he said he didn’t have change so he ended up with 3-4 dollars of a tip. I called the store and asked for a manager. I asked for a manager and then hung up and called again for a manager. The person answering phone put me on hold again for 25 minutes before the store closed and I finally gave up. Recap: food took two hours. It was cold. I had to retrieve it from the driver’s car myself after searching the neighborhood for nearly 30 minutes, not all the order was there, and then I waited on hold for 30 minutes after requesting a manager, and finally they never bothered to pick up the phone to offer a partial refund, a free small pizza, or even an apology. I let some things go because I’ve worked fast food and retail and know it can be stressful, but this is beyond the pale. I’ve eaten pizza hut for nearly 40 years. I won’t ever spend a dime at this pizza hut or any other one again. You just don’t do people this way and keep business. I know they’ve closed locations and now I know why. I hope that this review makes you think twice. At least when you buy a pizza at a gas station you get what you pay for. I would do that before I’d spend money here again.

I just put in an order through the app and immediately got a call stating that the store closes in 10 minutes and that they will be canceling my order. I then stated why would I be able to put in an order if you’re not going to honor it. Cause I’ve done it at plenty of other pizza huts and they never called me on the phone and canceled my order. That supervisor lady there is sooooo rude it’s insane. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Do not order from here. The pizza dough is always undercooked as well. They need workers that actually want to be there to work, not canceling people’s orders cause they’re lazy.

Worse place ever. I had a 30 minute lunch, ordered 30 mins before I got there to be told there was a larger $1,000 order more important than mine. I asked the manager for credit and he said no because I didn’t pay on the internet. So back to work with no food I go. As long as there is a higher order than mine, I guess I don’t count.

just ordered trying to give this location another chance and this is what I get? something needs to be fixed here..the lack of care to actually serve this burnt dry pizza and cheese bread to me is just ridiculous. this is by far the worst y’all have tried to give me. I’m just going to give up on trying to get any decent pizza from pizza hut anywhere around me this is just so disappointing and sad that your employees think it’s okay to send out food to people. I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog or giving this to a homeless person..Ive worked at lil ceasars Marcos pizza and dominoes in cedar park and Ive NEVER sent out this nasty looking dry burnt bread to any of my customers ever.. this needs to be fixed. I can’t even eat the pizza.. I feel bad for the other locals who are dealing with this issue tonight..

Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. My order was wrong and when I called the number it takes you to their answering service for orders who aren’t in store and I kept being told only the store could rectify the issue and they weren’t picking up the phone.
