So I sat down to have an honest meal for once. I’m always working 24/7 and never have time to sit down and enjoy a nice dinner. So I asked for the Cheesy alfredo and add beef to it. Waitress right away said that the manager would not approve of this request and that he’s very particular on what guests requests on their orders. Either way She offered to ask the manager (Emilio Reyes)r egardless. He responded with a no. So I went ahead and just ordered the Cheesy alfredo the way it is. My order came out and it was the chicken alfredo. So my point is here, they will not take any customer’s request but will add or modify the meal on their own. So it’s pretty much what they want you to eat and not what you would like to eat here. This Emilio guy is obviously not concerned or making customers service a priority here at this location. No need to have this guy in management.

Employees were awesome, but beware using the APP to order. Apparently, it might direct your order to another city in the region, so double check which restaurant is selected before you submit.

ABSOLUTELY my favorite Pizza Hut in all of Texas!!!! Hands down!! From San Antonio and every time I come to carizzo I have to stop and eat here! There is something in the dough that just makes it perfect! (Yes I am currently sitting here full tummy and all just thinking about how much I love it)

Our family (and friends) enjoyed the time spent together at Pizza Hut in Carrizo Springs, Texas. We received Outstanding Customer Service and, as usual, the were being closely supervised by the manager, Marina Trujillo. She is the ideal person to oversee the service being provided to all customers. If I had a business, I would select her as the primary person to run my business. She is an excellent service provider and cares about the personnel she supervises, as she assists customers herself, working hand-in-hand with all the crew members! I would confidently recommend her for a promotion and a raise!

I placed my order thru the app and it gave me a time frame as to when my pizzas would be ready along with my chicken bites (buffalo sauce). I arrived at the time that it stated that it would be ready and it was. I had selected my contactless curbside and it went smoothly. I was very happy with my order and the quality of the food. Thank you Pizza Hut for a job well done.
