If I was the owner of this place I would take a serious reconsideration of who I have on staff. Tonight after being 20 minutes late for our online order the employees not only threw it away, but acted clueless about our order. They didn’t realize they threw it away until letting us sit there for 15 minutes while being rude & talking over us while on a simple phone call. Furthermore once I had another person come inside w/ proof of payment the employee met us with rudeness & a raised voice. When asking to speak to the manager she claimed she was the manager falsely. After the numerous issues w/ this store it seems like calling above these employees heads is the only choice. I would 100% not recommend going here if you want to have your order fulfilled without extensive hassle. This is definitely be our last time ordering from this Pizza Hut.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated . No other customers in the building. Then they chose to take a phone call before seating us. Needless to say left the terrible place. Would not recommend. Worst service around. Do not go there. 5 people working but on phones.

Came here to get a pan pizza with my family, took. Took the server thirty minutes after taking my order to tell me they didn’t have any pan pizzas left then offered a small to tell me they didn’t have that either, so I asked for a melt instead. The server asked me if I would like it to go since the rest of my family was almost done eating, I said yes then waited only for her to take another fifteen to twenty minutes to tell me they had just put it in the oven. My family had finished their food before I even got mine and it wasn’t even packaged up to go. Had to wait to get a to go box for another five to ten minutes only to witness them handing out pan pizzas to other customers.

You all are starting to mess up. I just ordered a dinner box. With naked wings. The wings came without bones, which I did not ask for. And the pieces, some of them hardly had any meat ( pepperoni and sausage) especially sides and corners. The marinara sauce used to taste good, now you all changed it and it sucks.

The service was awful. The young lady that took my order never made eye contact with me. Seemed preoccupied with other things. Even when she handed my order she placed my order on the counter and continued talking with another employee again never making eye contact with and not even a THANK YOU.

Service goes downhill every time I go here. Really good the first time. Now I sit for 10 or 15 minutes before I even have a server approach me. Sometimes they even forget to put in my order, forcing me to wait 30-40 minutes from ordering to finally getting my pizza.
