On Jan 31st I ordered chicken pasta & breadsticks. Picked it up and drove back to motel and no fork inside the box & no red sauce for the breadsticks. I guess it takes a rocket scientist to prepare orders to go at a Pizza Hut ?

We order pizza once a month or so and it has been really good until tonight, ordered a mushroom pizza and there were maybe 3 or 4 small pieces on the large slices and less on the small. The crust tasted stale and old like it had been sitting for a while. Very disappointed. Store bought frozen would have tasted better. My husband notice the staff were different tonite.

I placed my order on line at 550 when I was leaving work from Friona. Hoping that by the time I got into town , which was at 652 it would be ready. . When I drove up to drive up , I was told my order was still not ready and that if I could wait another 15 minutes. Finally got my order at 7:00. . Plus the pasta primaveras were cooked in the smaller containers. Very disappointing.

We ordered online to make it faster and scheduled pick up at 8:45pm. When we got to the carryout window they charged us, gave us half of our order and said the pizzas were still in the oven, we told the lady it was only one pizza and she just said ok. She left the window and we were left waiting till 9:10pm didn’t want to bother the cause it spared they were busy. Finally an employee came close to the window and we had to honk to get her attention. We asked about our pizza and she said she was boxing the last 2. Again we told her we only had one pizza so she began to look in the warmer. Our pizza had been there the whole time. She didn’t even apologize about the confusion or the wait time.

Maybe if the order is right I order online and usually have all my pizzas with the garlic buttery crust but last three orders did not have them and this last order I ordered cheese sticks and had no marinara sauce

The staff is great but they aren’t that fast. And pizza hut just cost so much. The specials don’t even really save you that much money. But it tastes good so I gave 3 stars but it’s mostly the staff’s service that I still go.
