The little girls they have working at the front need to be trained more properly! First, they got my order wrong by putting jalepenos all over the pizza when I wanted it on one half, and there were supposed to be pineapples in a small cup they forgot. My 5 year old daughter will not eat anything spicy so my husband called & they said to my husband there’s nothing they can really do about it he said I can bring the pizza back up there, so we drove all the way back up there, well they made it again after 15 minutes I checked the box & no pineapples so I told them. One of those little girls came back out and said, “Did she pay for it?” So I could see that the cashier started getting an attitude over some pineapples she started to roll her eyes! I’m not paying for what I asked for over the phone. You should’ve gotten right the first time. I had a lot of patience at first up until she did that. My 5 year old doesn’t even roll her eyes at me! DO BETTER FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I SAY LITTLE GIRLS BECAUSE THATS HOW THEY ACTED!

Ordered pizza for delivery. They didn’t bring us our whole order. Called multiple times and they apologized every time and said it would be there shortly. After 1 hr and 30 minutes and 2 phone calls it still hasn’t showed up. Imos it is from this point on.

Last 2 times we have ordered the drive through took 15mins to get through due to slow service or rude customers not moving. Our pizza was either still not ready or over cooked and dried out due to sitting in the warmer way to long because of the drive through line being backed up. The manager and employees act as if they don’t care customers are getting upset. I watched 3 people squeeze out and drive off and one go in. Seems like in a small town we could do a little better at customer service

The buffet didn’t have very many options and when they ran out of food it wasn’t replaced,even though we asked. They have a nice little sign that say NO REQUESTS. The pizza was dry and some burnt. This place has gone downhill the last few years
