I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. There has been multiple times that I have picked up orders for family or for doordash and have seen the employees making pizza without gloves on. It is also very dirty. I do not recommend.

I ordered a large meat lover’s pizza and 16 boneless wings online. I got there around 10:30 pm, an hour later and my pizza was ready, but I had to wait 20 minutes to get my wings. Not many customers when I got there, but lots of people showed up all at once and the employees got overwhelmed. They kept it cool and got my wings done, I got there first, and I was the last one to leave. The pizza and wings were good. The counter service was good, online ordering needs work. Good food and service, just watch out when ordering on Saturday night. They get pretty busy.

I have been trying to place a order since 12 today. So I got told that the electric was out. And I got hung up on 5 times. How rude. Your call center Sucks!!! And now Its 5pm and I have to wait an hour for my food. And y’all are hiring I know not to go there for a job. So now that my pizza arrived. One it’s the wrong one. Worst Pizza Hut you could possibly go to, 90% of the workers don’t know what the hell they are doing. For this pizza we were told “we made 2 pizzas and this was the best one, the dough wouldn’t rise and it kept bubbling up.” What a joke . 2 of the slices don’t even have anything on them. You want a decent pizza, don’t go to the one in pecos.

Food all over the floor In the kitchen. The workers would rather talk and mess around than take care of customers and their orders. Always out of certain items. Order on the app and waited the 20 min wait time. And my order still hasn’t even been put into the oven. Place isn’t even busy. One of the most if not the most disgusting pizza huts I have ever seen. very very very bad customer service. I ordered for delivery and they said takes 30 minutes to deliver. After 50 minutes waiting I called them to get update on my order and they said it takes more 20 minutes and then again after waiting 25 minutes. I call them again and again they said 20 minutes more. This way I waited for 1:45 minutes for my order and did not get my order. This is such a terrible experience with pizza hut. For a moment I think is this pizza hut customer service. If you can not give a good customer service then please shut down your stores. #shameonpizzahut

Worst place ever. We walked in and two workers were messing with their cellphones. Then when they finally told us to sit , the table and chairs were sticky. I ask for a wet rag to wipe the table and chairs . One worker looked down didn’t see anything behind the counter, so she asked another worker and neither could find one. They both just walked to the back of the kitchen and continued to stand there with about four or five other workers. After waiting several minutes for something to wipe the table and chairs with we decided to leave and they didn’t even notice or care that we left.

Worst place ever pizza was burnt, went back to ask for another, they told me it will be ready in 20 mins, went back 30 min later and asked for the pizza and it wasn’t even made yet, bunch of young teenagers working there messing with their phones and not taking care of business. Walls are dirty, ceilings are falling, dinning area looks like a storage room full of pizza boxes and stacked chairs. Would highly recommend NOT TO GO!

Attempted to order delivery tonight. Pizza did not arrive at specified time . Called for status and got a revised time 40 min later. That came and went too. Pizza never delivered. All calls for further information were immediately transferred to the recording. No pick up. Very disappointing. Now I’ll call my credit card and assure I’m not paying for nothing.
