Seems like every other day I’m writing a review because people just don’t know how to treat people the way they would want to be treated. We’ve lost all concept of what good customer service is. I spent about 30 minutes trying to order a couple pizzas, on the app, online and by phone. Ultimately deciding to run to Family Dollar for frozen pizzas instead! I was trying to use a deal for a 1 topping and 3 topping pizza bundle for $22.99. When I added a 3rd pizza it made the deal go up $10! When I called the store directly, same thing happened and the guy hung up on me when he went to talk to the manager. Never called me back!

2 hours late and pizza was not even hot. I will never order from any Pizza Hut ever again. Poor management if you have to get Door Dash to pick up orders because you can’t hire/keep workers. I would give them 9 stars if I could

Just bought a new York pizza 13.99 per promotion only topping was extra cheese which is an extra 2.99 and the pizza showed up. And I take a look at it and say to myself I’m glad I ordered extra cheese because if I didn’t this pizza wouldn’t have had cheese at all. Very disappointed never ask for extra cheese at this place you won’t get it. This is the straw that broke the camels back been ordering from here over 10 years out of loyalty but no more.

I ordered from door dash, pizza box was open on the right side. Called pizza hut and they said call door dash who gave a refund for less than 50% of what I paid. Went to the store and the manager, Mr. Meadows, was very helpful and apologized. Also told me the separation between door dash and why they have to handle things like that, but he still provided a replacement pizza. When ordering from here will use the stores own delivery or come pickup, very nice staff even when late at night.
