Called the 800 number to cancel an order for future pickup, and I was told to call the local location to do that so I did. The guy confirmed I had placed my order at their location and that he would cancel it. I was still charged. I was told it would take 5 business days, it’s been way over that and it still hasn’t been refunded. Will not be placing any future orders at any Pizza Hut.

The service at Pizza Hut is not what it use to be back in the 90’s( now I know that was more than 30 years ago) but I remember that pizza hut located @ 2915 n mesa El paso tx was a spot you wanted to go eat at the pizza was hot and fresh visibly pleasing now it’s like warm and some what dry. Customer service is lacking so much so that it seem to be more convenient for a takeout restaurant more than anything. We go maybe once a month and theirs maybe 1 table if that it looks more like a ghost town!!

Will never eat Pizza Hut again. My elderly 80 year old grandpa went into this location and asked politely if he could use the restroom and he was asked if he was picking up or buying anything, and if not, they could not allow him to. He pleaded with them again, telling them it was an emergency, and the employee working there still said no. There are some really rotten people working at this particular location and they certainly need an attitude adjustment. How do you look in the face of an elderly person who is asking you for something so basic and so kindly, and tell them no?

Service was terrible pizza was 20minutes late and when I called to check on the order the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me as I was in the middle of talking. They thought I was a different person and started being rude, regardless of the situation that might’ve happened with the previous person you shouldn’t treat any customer that way

Sorry to say, but I experience wasn’t the best. Started with the young man at the registrar, you the young attitude. The my order was half pepperoni half veggie he had trouble comprehending that for some strange reason. The my veggies were chopped up in to tiny pieces? The time before that I had an employee give me a key for the restroom they opened the door for me then went straight to putting toppings on pizzas, I address the manager we went round n round on that issue. So no no a fan of this location.

It took an hour for my order to be ready then took another 40minutes for it be delivered!! The pizza and sides were cold and even smashed!! Worse experience EVER! Their excuse was that they were overwhelmed with orders and the delivery guy stated that they sent him out with a lot of orders at once!
