Not so happy with the whole buffet deal at the Trawood location the pizza was cold and when ordered a request the lady denied it ended up making it but it took some word exchange nothing major, breadsticks were hard too looks like they’ve been sitting there for a good hour or so… found a tiny hair on the requested pizza as well :/ not coming back again at least to the buffet special….

Ordered a pizza online and waited in the parking lot. I had ordered this way before on a different location usually it takes their estimated 20 to 30 minutes. Well… It took an hour, after the 30 minutes passed I called and they said they were on the way. 10 minutes later I called again and they told me the same thing. 10 minutes later i called again and the same thing happened. I was fixing to get out and I noticed the same person that had been delivering the pizzas to the other vehicles and called her attention, she went back inside and got my pizza. The whole purpose for ordering curbside pickup was for me not to go inside because I was not feeling good and had a very bad cough. Should of picked up pizza from Little Cesar and for a third of what I paid for.
